As per the German embassy If you are a citizen of the European Union, European Economic Area (EEA; EU plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway) or Switzerland, you don’t need a residence permit to enter and work in Germany. Similarly, your family member who is not from the EU/EEA or Switzerland will need to apply for a German residence permit.

Bring your spouse to Germany on a student visa 
The international students who are non-German studying in Germany, you’re allowed to bring your spouse or family members to live with you during your course of study periods but below requirements must be satisfied. 
The student spouse can apply the vias after your student’s vias extended for 3 months to 1 year. You don’t need to blog account if you earned more than 1500 or 1600 use net per months so you don’t need to blog account for your spouse.

The residence permit can help you to allow your spouse and family member of foreign students and live with you in Germany during your completing a study course.

Bring your spouse to Germany on a working visa 
As per family reunion vias if the person has a Blue card procedure is very easy and the same as you follow. If you are not a blue cardholder your spouse should have basic A1 – Higher Level German language certificate.
Before your family enters in Germany as Non-EU/EEA nationals must be given sufficient financial income accommodation. As per German law, your family or spouse wants to come or settles they should be permitted to work.

  • School-leaving certificate.
  • German Proficiency certificate (A1 – Higher Level of CEFR).

As per timeline of the Garman embassy, It takes at least 3 months for an entry German Family Reunion Visa to process.

  • 75€ (adults) and 37,5€(minors).
  • 56-100€ (adults), 28-50€ (minors) and 28.8€ (Turkish nationals): Residence Permit application fee.
  • 49-96€ (adults), 24.5-48(minors): Extension of the Family Reunion Visa
